What is a dry hire?
As a dry hire, we provide the bar, the tools, and the professional team, while you bring is the booze! Since we’re fully licensed to serve on your behalf, you can relax knowing everything is handled professionally. To keep things simple, we’ll send over a custom shopping list and even offer an add-on pickup service. You just place the order at your preferred shop, and we’ll take it from there.
Are you insured and licensed?
Absolutely! We carry both General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance, and our bartenders are fully certified. We’re happy to provide a copy of our insurance to your venue if they need it.
How many bartenders will I need?
To keep the drinks flowing and the lines short, we generally recommend one bartender for every 50–75 guests. We’ll help you figure out the perfect staffing for your specific guest count
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Of course! We love crafting beautiful mocktails so that every guest, including the kids and non-drinkers feel apart of the celebration.
What happens to the leftover alcohol?
Since you purchased it, it’s all yours to keep! We’ll carefully pack up any unopened bottles at the end of the night so you can take them home or return them to the store.
What are the technical requirements for the bar?
We just need a flat, level surface to set up on. If we’re using a setup that needs power, we’ll need access to a standard outlet within 100 feet (though we can bring a quiet generator if needed!).
How far do you travel?
We love a good road trip! We primarily serve Massachusetts, but we’re happy to travel further for a small fee to help make your celebration special.
What is your cancellation policy?
We know plans can change. While our initial retainer is non-refundable (as it secures your date on our calendar), we’re happy to work with you on rescheduling if needed. We’ll provide all the fine details in your contract!
